Business Owner

We are Jon and Sara Peterson, owners and operators at Scout Coffee. We have spent the better part of the last 10 years dreaming, planning, learning and working in all things coffee.  After years of saving and waiting for the perfect location, we decided to build out our dream cafe at 1130 Garden Street in downtown SLO. We are so excited about how everything turned out and can’t wait to share it with you. Scout is truly a community place, where the products, service, people and space just can’t be beat.We really hope you love it here, and can’t wait to serve you soon!Jon & Sara
