We're bringing the South to Northern California with authentic BBQ, top-shelf spirits, and an atmosphere that invites one and all to take a taste. In creating Sauced, we really wanted to bring the South to Northern California, so we literally did just that. All the wood and corrugated ceiling here is reclaimed and shipped in from barns in Georgia and North Carolina. Sure, we've added some upscale spin to our fare, but at its heart, every dish and every drink is full of the classic flavors that gather folks around the dinner table. And because Sauced is a family business, you're not just a customer when you're here -- you're part of the family, too. So come on in and join us for date night, get in on a round of bingo, or just kick back with friends.
History
Established in 2016.
Cousins Brenden and Barrett opened Sauced in November of 2016 with the generous help and support of their family and friends. Brenden, who was raised in the South, grew up with a love of cooking and incredible food. Barrett hailed from Pleasanton and has always had a deep appreciation for good food and good booze. When the pair decided to open up their own restaurant, it only made sense that they'd put their passions to good use. We currently have locations in Walnut Creek, Sacramento, Petaluma, and Livermore.

Shelby Hamilton has been with Sauced BBQ & Spirits since October 2012, starting out working with our Sauced Livermore Team. She has been part of our management teams in all of our locations; Livermore, Petaluma, Sacramento and now Walnut Creek.
