Specialties

Welcome to RB Sushi, located in the beautiful city of San Diego, California, specifically in Rancho Bernardo, which is why we carry the name RB Sushi. We take pride in using only the freshest ingredients to create our delicious sushi dishes. Our Bluefin and Bigeye Tuna are of the highest quality and are cut in-house to ensure that you receive the best possible sushi experience. Unlike most sushi restaurants that use lower-grade yellowfin tuna, we believe in using only the best ingredients for our customers. Our hand-cut salmon comes from Europe, which is known for its high levels of Omega-3 fish oils that provide numerous health benefits. We take extra steps to ensure the freshness and quality of our sushi while still offering affordable prices. Come and join us at RB Sushi for an unforgettable dining experience.
