Award winning pizza that will change your life. Rance offers three types of pizza pies: Stuffed, Pan and Tavern (Thin)which come in a variety of specialties or you can create your own. Our dough, sauce and even dressings are made fresh in-house daily using secret family recipes. Just like in Chicago, it takes at least 35 to 45 minutes to make our deep dish pizzas so it's perfect for watching sports with friends on of our big-screen TVs while enjoying one of our 18 craft beers on tap beer. Rance's also offer Take-Out and Take "N" Bake options as well. You will crave this pizza.

History

Established in 2012.

While visiting his sister in college, Executive Chef and Co-Founder, Rance and his family discovered and fell in love with Chicago stuffed pizza. Every trip to see her would include at least one stop at a local Chicago pizzeria. Unfortunately, there were no restaurants at home in Southern California where he was able to satisfy his craving. So the journey to create his own began. Rance made his very first pie in his parent's kitchen at the age of eighteen. After years of improving his recipes and searching relentlessly for the finest ingredients, Rance became well known for his art of making delicious pizza pies. He continues to only uses the finest ingredients and strives for perfection in every pie. Quality food and service are his and the team's top priorities. The dough, sauce and even salad dressings are all made in house using secret family recipes. Rance's Chicago Pizza offers three styles of pies unique to Chicago: Stuffed, Pan and Thin; with craft beer on tap.
