Ramen Hiroshi is a family owned small business that specializes in Hakata style ramen. Our signature pork bone broth is made in house with hours and hours of preparation to best take out the flavor and collagen from the pork bone. We uses fresh organic ingredients and locally source produced on our food. We also have chicken ramen options in all of our stores and vegetarian ramen options on our select locations (San Ramon and San Francisco). Our San Ramon and San Francisco locations also offers Yakitori (chicken skewers) on weekends dinner. Please contact our locations for specific days and time we for our Yakitori availability.
