Just a fat guy that loves food. Inspired by my Grandma "Mammy" who cooked for hundreds of family, friends and church groups, I can only begin to touch the surface of her passion. Mammy grew up dirt poor on a farm in Oklahoma, with 8 older brothers, she learned young how to navigate a kitchen. Missed daily, she left me her notated cook books, and much of her cooking equipment (including the cast iron skillet she taught me to use.) BBQ was a side passion that quickly boomed into a Grand Champion BBQ team.

Don't get discouraged by the look of the place. The food was delicious, I got a hamburger with sweet potato fries, and their drinks hit the spot.
