Local Maui boy Braddah Timmy brings his own 'Ohana's (family) recipes along with over 20 plus years of experience in restaurant and hospitality to bring you the best Hawaiian style food you can find on the mainland! What is Plate Lunch? It is the product many cultures cuisines blended together over the span of a hundred fifty plus years of Hawaiian history during the plantation era. Different cultures came together to work in the sugar cane fields and with them they brought their countries cuisine. Eventually food carts and mom and pop shops would emerge to serve mixed plate blending each countries foods together known today as plate lunch.
