A funny thing happens when you go the extra mile to make sure your customers are satisfied. When we arrive on time, charge what was promised, do the job right, and don't leave a mess, people notice. We follow up with our customers after the job is done to make sure everything went according to plan. Our fanatical approach to customer service allowed us to grow from a one-man shop to a full service plumbing contractor in Concord, and we've been growing ever since.
