Playa Mesa is inspired by the flavors synonymous with coastal Baja and mainland Mexico, bringing a refreshing approach to authentic Mexican food and drink. Recently voted 'Best Margarita in CA' by Yelp, as well as one of 'OC's Top Brunches'.
The menu draws from travels and personal experiences throughout Mexico including Ensenada, Jalisco, Michoacán, and Oaxaca, using the same type of farm-fresh ingredients and cooking methods passed down for generations. Just like the handmade tortillas, which arrive at your table hot off the comal.
