Established in 2005.
Jay and Nikomi Arroyo, both Whittier College alumni and Whittier residents, dared to open their restaurant on a formally underdeveloped street in Uptown Whittier. Their goal was to provide the art of service in an inviting atmosphere of delectable food and wine.
