Established in 1989.
The longest Thai restaurant to stay open in the desert, Mary was first introduced to Palm Springs by a friend and fell in love with this beautiful resort town. She ended up opening a Thai restaurant here and named it Peppers Thai. For 20 years running our restaurant still serves genuine Thai food that's rare to find in the desert area.

Ours is a family restaurant run by mom and son. Mom Mary has 40+ years of experience cooking authentic Thai food. Burt, the son, had helped out in the restaurant before going off to college. Now that the business is going through a transition - change of location and the need to modernize - together the two of them are working hard to become the Thai restaurant of choice for people living and visiting Palm Springs.
