Established in 1980.

Larry and Shelly Pearson opened the Pacific Cookie Company retail bakery in 1980 on the Pacific Garden Mall in Santa Cruz, California. Their dedication to top quality gourmet cookies, impeccable customer service and sparkling clean work and retail spaces brought the Pearson's immediate success and a loyal cookie following. They expanded the business by delivering freshly baked cookies in many unique flavor combinations to retailers in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay areas.
