Vincenzo, originally from Palermo, Italy, has opened several restaurants in the course of his career. He opened his first restaurant, Grotto Italiano, in New Jersey in 1988. After opening Osteria Panevino, Vincenzo opened Greystone Steakhouse and Osetra Fish House in the Gaslamp area.
