From our dressing, sauces to chicken, all of our meals is homemade from the scratch and never been frozen. Our sushi is prepared and delivered daily from Japan& all over the world to ensure the fresh quality at all times. Our service is also "authentic Japanese Grade" We find happiness in seeing our customer leave with smile. We gain our strength by gaining customer's happiness & trust. Little things as taking orders or seating customers to table, we're little different from ordinally Japanese Restaurant. From appetizer, daily special, sushi, or finish off your meal with our cold buckwheat noodle with seaweed paste ~OJIYA soba~ which is delivered straight from Niigata, Japan. Our menus might not seem too flashy, since our style is straight-foward homemade dining respecting the qualities of the ingridients. However, we promise to satisfy every member of families with our variety of items!

History

Established in 2001.

originated in Tokyo, Japan. ~OJIYA Chino Hills~ offers homemade authentic Japanese family style foods & sushi. Straight-foward cuisine with nothing frozen, and evething homemade from the scratch. 2nd restaurant is in Hacienda Heights, CA. ~OJIYA Hacienda Heights~ Menus based more deeply on our Tokyo location, our second restaurant serves sushi, Tokyo style yakitori & variety of Izakaya tapas items. And of course all of our restaurant's food is homemade! 3rd restaurant is in Honolulu, HI ~OJIYA Hawaii~ Menues similar to Hacienda location with addition of sizzling steaks and seafood dishes served in a hot stone plate. Our newest serves and creates smile for locals in Hawaii. 4th restaurant is in Industry, CA ~Men Meshi Ya OJIYA~ Completely different style Bringing more cafe atmosphire with Tokyo style Noodles & More! 5th is in Torrance, CA More Japanese Classic Tapas & Fusion in to Izakaya Mix. To try to make every people happy, our journey will still continue
