Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. I grew up with parents that ran their own business in the food industry. I guess you could say I got my passion for the hospitality industry from them. Starting from the bottom, after 15 years of experience, my husband Marco and I came upon this great, but terrifying opportunity to open up our very own Hawaiian Restaurant. With my husbands support I've been able to create a space offering that Hawaii experience, from the decor, Ono food, tropical cocktails, live music, and nonetheless the Aloha Spirit. E Komi Mai!
