The couple discovered they were having a girl the day they found this location. John and San Pol have been in the restaurant business for nearly 10 years.  Their restaurant menu and recipes originate from John's hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. Traditional American comfort food with an ethnic twist.  They named this new restaurant after their first child, Mikayla. Mikayla's cafe consists of homemade recipes, sauces and a friendly staff that makes Mikayla's cafe a charming meeting place in Silicon Valley.
