Pablo has a long history in the culinary industry.  Having trained at the esteemed Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia in his native Argentina, Pablo worked for some of the top restaurants in Buenos Aires. Pablo also ran his own restaurant in the city of Córdoba before moving to Los Angeles at the age of 30. Once in Los Angeles, Pablo put his culinary expertise to use working at a variety of restaurants throughout the LA area before he chose to open his own business in order to provide the best possible dining in LA.
