History

Established in 1997.

Magnolia is a pioneering brewery and gastropub that opened in the Haight in 1997 and expanded to Dogpatch in 2014. It all began at the corner of Haight and Masonic where the tiny basement brewery continues to brew the company's small batch and seasonal beers. Meanwhile, its production brewery and restaurant in the Dogpatch distributes its beer around the Bay Area and to Oregon and Colorado.
