History

Established in 2003.

Kobe Steakhouse was originally opened in 2003, quickly becoming a popular destination for teppanyaki-style cooking. New ownership took over in the later part of the decade and since then major improvements have been made throughout the restaurant. A private room with a dark cherry wood lounge was built behind the bar along with the introduction of live music on the weekends. The sushi and regular dining menus were revamped over the years, taking away the more traditional Japanese dishes and focusing more on fusion cuisine. However, Kobe has kept the Japanese tradition alive at the grills where hibachi chefs entertain guests with dazzling displays of fire and knife wielding tricks while preparing their meals to perfection.
