Kazuyo San came from a restaurant family, she has started working in family owned restaurant since childhood, she is a master Sushi chef, came to America in 1984, after working in Japanese restaurants in LA, Kazuyo san opened her first restaurant in San Jose Japan town in 1989, soon it became the landmark and icon for authentic Japanese food, attracting thousands of customers each and every days.
