Established in 1964.
Katella Bakery Deli & Restaurant was originally started by Sam and Shirley Ratman when they moved to America from Eastern Europe after World War II. They brought with them many old world recipes passed down from many generations. At Katella we pride ourselves on the value of family and keeping traditions alive. We love sharing with you our homemade signature meals and baked goods in hopes that you can feel a sense of warmth and comfort in every bite!
