After an exciting career baking pastries in Hawaii and Las Vegas, Chef Julian Perrigo-Jimenez has returned to his hometown to share all the delicious things he's learned. In Folsom, you'll find his patisserie, a place full of European classics, mouthwatering crepes, and whimsical treats of all types. While presentation is a part of our expertise, everything we offer is made from scratch using the best ingredients. You deserve something special for breakfast, brunch, and every special occasion, and we're eager to bring you exactly that one amazing bite at a time.

History

Established in 2016.

Since we first opened our doors, we've been serving this community everything from freshly made breakfast pastries, crepes, and mousse cakes to homemade chocolates and confections. Everything is made in house by our exceptional culinary team with nothing but the finest ingredients. We value quality and freshness as the most important parts of our product and, with this being the case, we only make enough for the day. Since 2006, Chef Julian has worked across the country in some of the top resorts in the world, overseeing their catering, special events, and restaurant operations. Now, he and his family have relocated back to his hometown of Folsom to follow their dream of starting up their own pastry shop.
