After 10 years of cooking at Syrah Bistro, Chef Josh Silvers wanted to open another restaurant. Jackson's Bar and Oven serves casual American comfort food (nothing over $20) in an elegant atmosphere. The restaurant has a full bar and the 6500 lb wood fired pizza oven adds warmth to the decor and drives the menu.
