Established in 2018.

George & Rochael purchased Ikaros Greek Restaurant in June 2018. They have kept the classic items on the menu (mousaka, pastitsio, lamb shank, soulvakia) and added several new items like mussels, falafel, pulled lamb sandwich, whole branzino and a ribeye steak special. Also added is weekend brunch featuring a greek twist on classic brunch items such as the Ikaros Omelet (omelet filled with spanakopita filling), the Ikaros Benedict (poached egg over gyro meat a top toasted ciabatta bread and covered in hollandaise sauce and feta cheese), and Greek Toast (a slice of Kasseri cheese nestled between two pieces of bread, batter dipped and cooked like French toast, covered in honey, syrup and powdered sugar and served with seasonal fresh fruit).

George's great-grandfather migrated from Greece to Jerusalem where George grew up cooking with his maternal grandmother. After years of serving 50-60 people at Thanksgiving and other special events, George knew it was time to turn his passion for creating great tasting mediterranean and middle eastern food into his profession.
