History
Established in 2005.
Hotcakes Bakes first opened its doors in March of 2006, and within six months it was voted as the best bakery in Los Angeles by the LA Times! We have enjoyed participating in the Mar Vista Farmers Market, Venice Art Walk, PS Arts Foundation, Taste of Santa Monica, Taste of LA, the Grammy Awards and many more.
