History

Established in 2010.

With over 35 years of burger experience, we have created a whole new premium burger concept which we like to call "fine dining in a bun". My passion for burgers began at the young age of sixteen--flipping burgers at the original Hamburger Habit in Goleta, California. I had no idea burgers would be my calling. A few years later my brother and I bought The Hamburger Habit--now known all over California as The Habit Burger Grill. Today, we decided to continue our journey and our 35 year commitment to high quality food, friendly service, and affordable prices at Hook Burger Bistro. At Hook, we want you to experience bistro quality dining at quick casual prices. Our burgers are 100% fresh prime chuck, our chicken is hormone and antibiotic free and our bread is baked fresh everyday in Santa Barbara. We only use 100% biodegradable and compostable packaging.
