History
Established in 2018.
We started as Sunset Catering and worked as a Special Events company 5 years ago serving up some original festival favorites such as Lobster Sriracha Mac & Cheese, Soft Shell Crab Po'Boys and Beignets. Being OC locals we found our spot in Newport Beach.

Chef Wayne was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu and worked his way up to chef. He has worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade now and is experienced and well versed in many styles of cooking ranging from pacific rim cuisine to classical french. He now leads a team at Hook and Anchor and the product he produces speaks for itself.
