About the Business
Specialties
Premium 18% butterfat, hand made, hard scoop ice cream. Very rich, with low air infused in the mixing process resulting in buttery and dense premium ice cream. Created in Hawaii using local fruits, nuts, dairy and kona coffees. It is the only ice cream to attain Hawaii's Seal of Quality meaning at least half of the agricultural ingredients are from the State of Hawaii.
