We are Downeys first 100 percent vegan restaurant! We believe in giving customers the absolute best and freshest ingredients. From our first-class Juice Bar which utilizes fresh, organic produce to our protein which is held to the highest standards when being added to any meal. Each of our salad dressings are made in-house, Aguas Frescas made fresh daily with organic cane sugar and sandwiches made to order.

I have always enjoyed cooking my own meals from scratch and finding healthier alternatives - from ingredients to cooking methods. Each salad dressing we serve at my restaurant was created in my personal kitchen with tons of tweaking until I found the perfect recipe. This passion for cooking and creating those "Yum!" moments is what I thrive for. I created Guacamaya Oasis to help merge the health conscious with those searching for traditional Mexican options that are difficult to find. My signature item is the "Guacamaya Torta" which features an authentic recipe straight from León, Guanajuato, México. We also have Guacamaya Chips that are also a must!I appreciate every single person that enters the restaurant and if you see me, feel free to say hello!
