Our Gomen Ramen is currently run by a chef who learned the recipe from Ide Shoten, which has been in business for 70 years in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. You can enjoy a stronger, more generous, more reasonable price and a more diverse menu than other ramen restaurants in the United States. In addition, Gomen always maintains the same quantity and consistent quality despite rising prices. Established in 2002.

As a family-owned business, GOMEN strives to serve an authentic Japanese flavor. Offering both Tonkotsu (Pork) and Chicken Broth, each batch of soup is made with great care by hand over the course of 2 days. Many menu items are prepared in-house- including our gyoza and straight noodles as well as our Chashu that is skinned, simmered, and sliced from scratch in a ten-hour process.
