Fuki Sushi's trademark is the diversity and size of the menu and it's offerings of traditional items. Every visit to Japan serves as a reminder as to the traditional style our cuisine is to be served: bite-sized sushi, delicacies and corner-stone dishes served the same way for centuries... Speciality items such as the Spicy Agedashi Tofu, Specials Menus, ishiyaki, Kaminabe, nabemono, Karei Karrage and sukiyaki are just some of the fun items to experience. Traditional items also incorporate the basics such as kushiyaki, shishamo, hiyayako and hosomaki - not to be confused with speciality items. Fuki Sushi is also setup for off site events with sushi chef and house. Off site events are taylored to each event's needs and host requests. Off site workshops are also available.

Established in 1978.

Fuki Sushi Japanese Restaurant is family owned and operated. We were the first Japanese restaurant in Palo Alto. Fuki Sushi resides in the original location, however the owners have strived to remodel and expand every chance possible to provide updated facilities for their guests.

A Traditional Japanese Restaurant is hard to come by now a days. This is our goal - not only with the food, but also the education behind it. We are proud to have Japan trained chefs in our team, heading up each kitchen. We have also transitioned our takeout to utilize compostable containers, offer sustainable fish selections and do not allow red listed items on our menu (such as Chilean Seabass) on our menu. I hope you enjoy all we have to offer!
