History

Established in 2000.

Two guys with a love for fishing and a passion to share their catch with good friends, decided to combine these passions and do what they did best."What would happen if we opened a Fresh Fish Market & Grill, served only the best of the catch in a relaxed atmosphere and did it in... the Desert?" That is what Louis Pagano and life-long friend Bill Mortz did 15 years ago and the results speak for themselves. Voted Best "Seafood Restaurant, Value, & Fish Taco," Fisherman's Market & Grill is now four restaurants strong. According to Louis Pagano, who grew up on his father's fishing boat in San Pedro, "There's no secret to providing and serving the finest tasting seafood in the world, just purchase the finest quality... all the time!"
