Established in 2009.

Our Santa Clarita area didn't really have a fresh seafood option in 2009 ...and still does not. Many Sushi restaurants were already established but we wanted to offer more then rolls and FRESH fish. Fish Tail Grill was created to offer the freshest seafood possible with a variety of ways to create and serve it. New love and passion added-striving for the best!
