Escala, or "layover" in Spanish, is designed to be the perfect stop in the heart of L.A. Koreatown's flourishing restaurant revolution. Inspired by owner OG Chino's unique roots, we marry classic Colombian recipes and cocktails with intense Korean flavors and a love for communal eating and drinking.
