As a first generation Chinese-American who has taken the reins from his family, Stephen wanted to deliver a updated look to Chinese cuisine. With the complete renovation of the dining room and addition of a bar & lounge, he believed that updating the menu bringing fresh new tastes along with keeping popular and traditional dishes was important. What was once Emerald Chinese Seafood Restaurant is now Emerald Chinese Cuisine.
