Established in 1974.
The restaurant was started by my parents. Their goal was to have the family working together. Today 49 years later, there are 19 family members working at the restaurant.

I am one of the youngest family members. I graduated from C.S.U. F. with a business degree in 1988. After my father retired in 1988, I took over the business. I have 2 brothers and 5 sisters. They are all involved in the business today and in a way we all run the business together.
