Dough & Arrow, a coffee and cookie shop, opened in 2017 in Orange County. We are home of the Smookie (the S'mores cookie) and the Iced Cookie Cream Latte! There's fun large cookie sculptures in the shop as well, built by a Disney sculptor.

Jennifer Green, founder of the Nom Nom Truck, was the runner up on Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race. Gigi Pascual, owner of the Buttermilk Truck, the first breakfast truck, invented the Red Velvet Pancake and the Ube Pancake. Representing female business owners, with features in Forbes Female Founders, Inc. Magazine's 30 under 30 and LA Times, Jenn and Gigi want to bring fresh and soft baked cookies and coffee creations to the masses.
