History

Established in 2008.

Where is Dragon? is hidden in the Kitchen cooking for you!! Traditionally, tiger represents power and strength. "Crouching Tiger" has its deep meaning in Chinese culture to imply a talented individual who is hiding the ability and power. The complete phrase of this idiom is "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. The inspiration of our restaurant's name came from a trip when we visited the Shaolin Temple to admire the profound culture and spirit of Kung Fu art at its origin. The term of "Kung Fu" is not only limited to Chinese martial arts. It refers to the training process of strengthening of one's body, mind, and skills. The ultimate level of Kung Fu is presented humbly, like a Crouching Tiger. With years of experience and enthusiasm in Chinese food, another profound culture developed thousands of years, we are pleased to present our "Kung Fu" to all of you . We have a complete menu to satisfy your appetite for an authentic taste of Sichuan, Hunan and Mandarin cuisine.
