Our story goes back to 1933 when our grandfather opened Nick's Cafe on Sunset Blvd. The lessons we learned from him, and then from our father and uncles, were taught to us when we were kids. Now that we're grown up, we're keeping the tradition alive with our own restaurant and handcrafted pizzas. We pair all our food with delicious locals beers and wines, which fills us with community pride. And our happy hours and weekly specials make every visit exciting. Our family has always shown their love through cuisine, and you'll know how much we care about Southern California as soon as you take your first bite.

At Craftsman, we believe that food and drink should complement each other in order to offer a fun and creative dining experience. Having been in the restaurant business for nearly three decades, and also being a third generation restaurateur, Joe felt is was important to keep the elements of hospitality at the forefront of our concept. Our menu is balanced to provide unique flavors and ideas, but it also reflects many of the traditional dishes that may have been found in his grandfather's restaurant. Our name reflects what we feel craftsmen stand for: quality, value, and tradition.
