Our specialties include signature sandwiches such as The Main Chick, The Side Chick, and Plan B, as well as our famous Original Nashville Hot Breakfast Burrito. In addition, we serve a variety of plates, including birds, tenders, fries, tater tots, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and fresh-made desserts like Banana Pudding and Oreo Cookies pudding. All of our dishes are made with the freshest ingredients daily, ensuring the highest quality and best possible taste.

History

Established in 2019.

Cluck & Blaze's founders opened their first restaurant in Long Beach, CA based on their passion for cooking and fried chicken. After falling in love with Nashville Hot Chicken on a trip to Nashville in 2004, they were eager to recreate and share the experience. Unable to find an authentic version in Los Angeles, they began cooking their own for friends and family. After numerous successful home parties, they opened their first brick-and-mortar location in Long Beach in 2019, followed by a second location in Glendale. Cluck & Blaze is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients and providing genuine Southern hospitality. Thanks to their loyal customers, they are excited to announce the opening of new locations in Hawthorne, North Hollywood, and Sun Valley.
