I'm Sandro Finocchio owner of Churros Calientes. My parents emigrated from Italy to Venezuela in the 50's after the World War II. My father along opened an Italian Restaurant in 1957 in the city of Caracas, Venezuela.  I was born and raised in Venezuela, and basically I grew up in the restaurant business. When I came to the USA in the early 2000's I always had the idea of opening my own restaurant with a concept of the European Cafe Bistro and Spanish Churreria. The combination of gourmet European sandwiches and Spanish Churros it's a magic blend.It's exciting to see how people from so many different cultures, countries, religions, believes, genders, races, they all like to come to Churros Calientes and experience our delicious Churros and homemade cuisine of gourmet European sandwiches.
