Born with a passion for cooking in 1955, I have been in the restaurant business for over 35 years. Starting off my life as a chef at a dinner house at the age of 17, I have continued my path and opened my own restaurant called Christie's in 1980.  Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day and I have enjoyed each entree with many new friends in the city of Burlingame. You can catch me as the head chef cooking almost every day of the week at Christie's and if I am not cooking I am there chatting with my customers. Make sure to say hi.
