Our unique outside fire grill with aromas curling up from the grill will make you practically tipsy. A leisurely bath in the vapors deepens their beefy flavor of our steaks/chicken /Chops and fish and softens their chewy texture. The alchemy of direct hot flames and smoking intoxicate, no matter the meat Our outdoor grill marries with a large patio featuring an amazing "Fire Wall", and custom-built fire pit seating. We have lush and comfortable inside seating that feels as cozy for a romantic dinner for 2 as it does for a large catered party. We offer a full bar, with our famous "Copper Bar Top", which carries only the finest liquours, whiskeys, fine wines, craft tap handles, and bottled beers. We specialize in New American Cuisine including a wood fire grill for steaks, chops, fresh fish, and feature on-site garden vegetables. We source locally and are seasonal with our menu options. History

Established in 2012.

Chase's first opened its doors in 2012 in Old Town La Verne on 3rD Street. Chase's soon became so busy it had to move to a larger location which is its current location in the OLD University of La Verne Bookstore building on the order of D Street and Bonita, now known as "D Street Square". Chase's has become a local favorite in the San Gabriel/Inland Empire Area. Chase's is the ONLY local restaurant that uses an open fire grill which makes our concept truly unique. NOTE: What makes Chase's Truly Unique, is our level of personal service. We try to make everyone as welcome as possible as if you were having dinner in our own home.

Business Owner

Sean Franco and Dori Franco are the owners of Chases.  Sean and Dori have lived in La Verne since 1998  and their kids go to La Verne Schools.  The Francos love this community and are proud to be a part of it both as business owners and residents.  Dori Franco, Owner/General Manager, has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.  Sean Franco, Owner/High School Teacher, has 12 years restaurant management experience prior to teaching.   Our combined experience in addition to our passion to create the best dining experience possible has helped to contribute to what Chase's is today.  We are beyond excited to continue to grow the business and carry on the tradition of excellence that Chase's Restaurant has become accustomed to.Feel free to contact us directly at:Cater@chaseslaverne.com and sean@chaseslaverne.com
