Chaat Bhavan is one of the most popular Indian Vegetarian family-run restaurants in the Bay Area, California. The restaurant represents 10+ years of experience and expertise and our unique recipe. At the heart of the business is devotion to authentic, fresh, and superbly prepared food. Making us truly "The Only One Of It's Kind." In 2001, when Gary Singh came to Bay Area, California, there were not too many choices for homemade-style vegetarian Indian food. Thus, Gary Singh and Family decided to open the first Chaat Bhavan Vegetarian Restaurant in Fremont in 2009. From Fremont, they got an excellent response. So after that, in 2012, we opened a second location in Sunnyvale and third in 2014 in Dublin. It was from there they made faith in people's minds. Gudawar "Gary" Singh is the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) and founder of the company. Gary Singh oversees the company's financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations, and HR.  He is our motivational leader and creates and implements our business development and marketing plan. He also works with the chefs to create new menus and recipes.Gary Singh is a well known restaurant owner and entrepreneur in the Silicon Valley. Gary Singh's energy and creativity, combined with his restaurant experience skills and the courage to follow his passion, have proven to be the right ingredients for success.Originally from Punjab, India, Gary Singh's family  originates from a farming background in India. He also has over ten years' experience in the restaurant business.
