Hanson is not only the business owner, but the chef. Hanson has been generously taken under the wings of many other Sushi Chefs/Owners. He started from the kitchen learning how to make the sauces and frying tempura batter. Hanson worked his way from the bottom to the top. He perfected his knife skills by chopping all the ingredients and prepping everything for the other sushi chefs to use. Hanson is truly passionate and his determined heart is well evident with his very own restaurant. The chef gets his stamp of approval from his toughest critics -- his family; as well as trying everything first hand himself.  Also, Hanson offers his customers with these 'not on the menu' items, and watches their reactions to see if his creation is a hit or miss. This is how personable Chef Hanson is. Other than sushi, Chef Hanson is not only a son and big brother; he is a husband and father. He is a huge sports enthusiast, especially with basketball and football.
