Today, Cha Cafe stands as the one and only restaurant in the world where you can eat nachos with Sashimi, Ssam Bap with jour special Jackfruit Salsa, and so many more uniquely awesome concoctions. You can have all of this deliciousness while being welcomed and served by some of the friendliest people in town. Here at Cha, we believe in good food with good friends, and we get to share that belief with loyal customers like you. Mike T grew up in California. At age 21, he moved to Las Vegas where he began his career as a Flair Bartender & restauranteur in Las Vegas. When he was working away from his home, California, he missed the delicious variety of melting pot cuisines from the World available in California. In 2010, he decided to move back to California. Never shying away from a new challenge, Mike decided to take over the business of Cha Cafe, which was originally a Coffee Shop. He completely transformed the former site of a coffee & tapas place into one central spot for food enthusiasts to enjoy California comfort food. That makes Cha Cafe become a popular spot for Californians & Visitors to enjoy and share their food with friends and family.In 2015, Cha Cafe transitioned its service model to Fresh Causal Dining from full service dining restaurant to provide customer more options in spending and controlling customer's valuable time and busy schedule.
