Established in 2005.
In 2016, Carolyn's Cafe moved to a larger location in Redlands (double the seating capacity). We are known for our hearty breakfasts but we also serve a full lunch menu including sandwiches, salads, burgers, soups, and more! Our signature item is our fresh baked Coffee Cake, served warm with melting butter!! We hope you stop by soon to find out why we are one of the top rated Redlands Breakfast spots on Yelp and Trip Advisor!! We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, the day after Christmas, and New Years Day. And, we only accept limited reservations for parties of 8 or more (subject to availability)

Keith and Jan bought Carolyn's Cafe in 2014. Keith had been in food service for over 30 years and this is his first sit-down restaurant. Keith and Jan thoroughly enjoy the family atmosphere of the Cafe and the interaction with regular and new customers. They are excited to be able to offer more seating capacity at the new location so more people can enjoy the food, service, Coffee Cake, and ambiance at Carolyn's Cafe!
