History

Established in 1994.

Family owned and operated since the mid '90s, the heart of Brio is Enzo and his family. This place was built on hard work, grit, savvy and a delight for fine food and rich wine. Brio has developed and phased in and out of trends, as any living thing does. There were many years in the early inception of Brio where it enticed more of a late night crowd. There have been years of scaled growth and multiple locations and years of maintaining quality and honing the details of what make us us. The staff is one of our most integral elements to success and so is folded in as an extension of this aforementioned family, a reflection of the years and change that have impressed and refined this place. Adding more chairs to this family table metaphor- we do hope you have the opportunity to join in and dine in with us and our family, Enzo, Peppe, Marco, staff, and patrons alike.

Business Owner

The three owners of Brio Tuscany Grille are the duo of Enzo and Marco Scognamiglio and their longtime partner Peppe Rivera. Not only do these men have combined 85 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries, but they each avidly serve their community in local leadership and activist roles. Hugely important to them is bringing quality customer care to every circumstance they find themselves in.
