Established in 1992.

Don Cavanaugh opened Blue Coyote Grill 33 years ago, and it has been a favorite gathering place in Palm Springs since! He founded the Blue Coyote Grill based the ideals of great food and drinks, excellent service and that all our guests are family, and they are!. His daughters, Kelle & Shayne are carrying on their dad's legacy along with an amazing dedicated staff. The Blue Coyote Grill has won many awards including the best 100 Best Outdoor Restaurants in the Nation by Open Table and Best Margarita in the Coachella Valley. Blue Coyote Grill is a proud supporter of local organizations including Parkinson's Resource Organization and Shay's Warriors.
