History
Established in 1993.
It was Billy Craig's dream to start a restaurant in the spirit of Trader Vic's and Don the Beachcomber. The top priorities for what would become Billy's at the Beach was a water front location, with Hawaiian style cues (including bamboo and Tapa cloth) and of course, killer drinks and cuisine inspired by island living.
